About us

TPRC GmbH was founded in 2021 by Dr. Stefan Reber. Examples of our consulting services since then include the basic planning of a large-scale factory for photovoltaic silicon wafers including profitability analysis, the conceptual design of an R&D solar wafer pilot production, or the consulting of a start-up in spin-off issues.

Dr. Stefan Reber worked for many years in leading positions in technology development and implementation in photovoltaics. His technological focus was on the development of silicon and ceramic materials for photovoltaics, and the design and implementation of novel large-scale equipment for ultra-clean high-temperature processes. As founder of NexWafe GmbH, a highly innovative spin-out of the Fraunhofer Institute for Solar Energy Systems for the production of epitaxial silicon wafers, he successfully led its fortunes as CEO and CTO.

Mr. Reber has now brought the vast experience he gained to TPRC GmbH as Managing Director. They give TPRC the special ability to implement leadership not only as an abstract task, but at the same time analyze technical challenges covering scientific details, engineering tasks and even economic considerations, in order to develop the best possible solutions.

In addition to his work as Managing Director of TPRC GmbH, Dr. Stefan Reber is also a trustee of the world-renowned Fraunhofer Institute for Solar Energy Systems in Freiburg.
